For customers selecting FREE SHIPPING WORLDWIDE, we offer expedited processing within three business days upon request.
Please note that during custom orders or peak seasons (August to January), dispatch times may extend slightly. In some cases, unexpected high demand may also cause minor delays.
Our trusted delivery partners include DHL, FedEx, UPS, USPS, and Skynet, ensuring reliable shipping across the globe. Delivery times depend on your location but typically range between 10 to 12 business days.
Return & Exchange Policy
We understand that sometimes you may need to exchange a product. That’s why we allow exchange requests within 20 days of receiving your order. Once we receive the tracking code for the returned product, your new item will be processed without delay.
Before requesting an exchange, please email us clear images of the product along with the reason for the exchange. Kindly note that the Books-Outlet price tag must remain attached to the product — without it, we will be unable to process your request.
