Shipping Policy

Books Outlet is a leading book selling brand committed to essential for our valueable client. We typically dispatch orders within 8 to 10 to business days, Orders that total at least $100 qualify for free shipping.
Orders less than $100 will have to pay expedite shipping which cost around $40 and its delivery time would be 5 to 8 business days.

Our delivery partners include DHL, FedEx, UPS, USPS, and Skynet, providing reliable shipping services worldwide. 

For your convenience, we’ve outlined our return and exchange policies:

  • Exchange Requests: Exchanges can be requested within 7 days of receiving your order. Your new item will be processed quickly upon receiving the tracking code for the returned product.
  • Exchange Guidelines: Before requesting an exchange, email us images of the product with the reason for exchange. Please note, the product must retain its Books Outlet price tag; without it, we cannot process the request.
  • Commitment to Quality: We use only top-quality matt paper quality in books, ensuring durability. Our dedication to premium products and reasonable prices means we consistently deliver satisfaction.

We prioritize the security of our customers’ personal information. Credit card details and other private information are stored securely and transmitted in encrypted form. All data is treated with utmost confidentiality and never shared with third parties.

Shopping at Books Outlet is secure, with our Secure Server Software (SSL) encrypting all order details, including names, addresses, and payment information. For added convenience, Books Outlet accepts global payments via PayPal or Credit Card. Please note, we do not offer Cash-on-Delivery (COD) options.
